Fobibas Gallery
This policy describes data handling visible in the Fobibas Gallery app.
When you create an account, the app stores your name, email address and phone number with your account. If you use the shop or services, it stores orders, selected products, delivery or pickup details, saved addresses, quote requests and attachments, custom work and personalization, photography booking details, reviews, favourites and Fobibas Points activity.
Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage. The assistant conversation is kept in session storage for the current browser tab/session. Theme and install-banner preferences are also stored locally.
The app code does not include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or push-notification SDKs, and it does not request location, contacts, camera or microphone permissions.
Account details support sign-in, account recovery and customer contact. Order, quote, booking, upload and payment records support checkout, fulfillment, production, design approval, customer support and business reporting. Reviews, favourites and points support the corresponding features in the app.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. The app does not specify provider-side retention periods.
Photos, artwork and documents uploaded for personalization or quote requests are stored in private Supabase buckets. The customer who uploaded a file and authorized staff processing the related work can access it. Signed file links expire after a short period. Product images are separate public catalog content.
Sign in and go to Account → Settings → Delete account to delete your account. This removes the sign-in and profile, saved addresses, favourites and reviews, and associated customer uploads. Direct account links are removed from order, quote, booking and points records; delivery details and customer-entered notes and files are cleared. Financial and service history, including totals and Paystack references, remains without the account link for business records. Paystack may retain its own transaction records.
If you cannot sign in, use the account deletion request page. The email submitted there is stored in a staff request queue until the request is handled. Staff verify account ownership before processing a request. The app does not set an automatic retention period for the business records it retains.
